Meet our Management Team
Global Ag Investments, LLC

Tyler Bruch, President & CEO
Tyler oversees all investments and operations in Brazil, including budgeting, marketing, risk management and crop production.
He started Bruchside Farms International in March 2003, now incorporated as Bruchside Agropecaurio do Brasil. In 2005, Tyler co-founded Global Ag Investments LLC, an investment company that works with U.S. private investors and Institutional investors for the purpose of investments abroad. Bruch also Co-founded Global Ag Investments Ukraine LLC in 2008 and is active in strategic growth decisions.
Tyler has a degree in Agriculture Studies from Iowa State University with an emphasis in economics. He has also studied International Agriculture in Canada, Italy, Panama and Brazil.
Tyler has been actively involved in agriculture for many years, having grown up in a farming family in Iowa. He has co-managed crop production and labor for Bruchside Farms, Inc. in Iowa for four years prior to moving to Brazil. Tyler has over 5 years of management farming experience already in Brazil and is fluent in Portuguese.
He is a frequent presenter on Brazilian agriculture to universities and continuing education groups all over the Mid-West. He is also a contributing editor to Corn and Soybean Digest Magazine and speaks annually at the Commodity Classic. Tyler was selected by CNBC Business News for a documentary on international business in 2008; this documentary won a business Emmy for CNBC. Princeton Premier selected Tyler into the 2008-2009 Young Business Leaders of the Country class, and he was featured by his alma mater, Iowa State University, as one of the Top Alumni for Success.
Tyler lives near the farm in Luis Eduardo Magelhaes.

Art Hall, Vice President
Art directs and oversees all legal affairs in the United States, Brazil and Ukraine and oversees all business affairs in the United States. He also participates in all investment and strategic planning decisions of the company.
Art, along with Tyler, started Global Ag Investments, LLC in 2005.
Art is the sole shareholder of artah Holdings, Inc. and is an investment banker and attorney. He also is a former member of the San Antonio City Council and serves as a Trustee on the San Antonio Fire & Police Pension Fund and on the San Antonio Fire & Police Health Pre-fund. Art is a graduate of Harvard University (BA in Government, 1993), Texas Tech Law and Business Schools (JD/MBA, 1996), and the University of Wales (LLM in International Business Law, 2000, United Kingdom). Art speaks fluent Spanish and taught International Law and International Business at La Universidad Espiritu Santo in Guayaquil, Ecuador.
His expertise is finance and corporate law. Art received the Pforzheimer Foundation Scholar Award at Harvard. He has also received the Clifford Chance Business Law Prize for the highest academic award and the Calcott Pryce Subject Prizes in Banking and Finance, Corporate Insolvency, International Copyright, and Consumer Law at the University of Wales. He has several articles that have been published in law and finance journals, including his most recent article on international banking regulation published in the Journal of International Financial Markets (based in London) and the New York Law School Journal of International and Comparative Law.
Art and his wife, Stephanie, have one daughter, Londyn.

Pedro Alberto Moreira Leite, CFO
Pedro Alberto (Pete) has an extensive background
and experience in International Trading and Brokerage, Managerial and
Financial Services, having spent many years in Senior Management
positions in several Countries. He also has Public Sector Management
experience.
After spending a few years as a senior member of Brazil’s Government
team and Special assistant to the President of Brazil, he decided to set
up his own Independent Consulting and Trading Company, focusing on
Commodities Trading, Market and Product development as well as financial
and consulting services. After more than 17 years working in the United
States, South America, Africa and Asia, he has built an extensive
corporate and political network with access to various Governments on
the African Continent as well as the United States, Asia, South America
and Europe. That company was sold in 2007 to Hichens and Harrison, the
world’s oldest stock broker, currently Mr. Leite is President of Hichens
in Latin America.
Pedro has served also as Export, research, Commerce and Logistics
Director of the President of Brazil, allocated to the Ministry of
Fisheries with a history of success, and several high commendations
received.
He has an extensive and unique international experience. Some of his
Career Highlights are set out below:
• Created and implemented the first successful export program of
Brazil’s fishing industry with a growth of over 50% in the first year
alone. Opening several new markets, such as Korea, Scotland, Ireland and
England.
• Create the first ever cooperation agreement between Brazil’s Apex and
the Ministry of Fishery n Brazil to support the export and opening of
new markets
• Research, development, sales and delivery of over 1500 hundred Chinese
products to Brazil’s major retailers, wholesalers and Federal and State
Government agencies such as Army, Education among others
• Has performed commodities trading and sales of over 600 million US
dollars in the past 5 years.
• Vice President of the Brazil-Vietnam Chamber of Commerce
• Member of the Rio de Janeiro State Assembly as special counselor to
the development Agency
• President of Brazil Argentina Chamber of Commerce 2010-2014
• Vice President of Flamengo Soccer Club
• He has founded the Offices of Hichens & Harrison in Brazil, the
world’s oldest brokerage house, • President of the Britcham Finance Committee

Lisandro de Quadros, Farm Manager - Bruchside Funds, Brazil
Lisandro's responsibilities include onsite farm management and he assists in making management decisions. He oversees all daily operations and is responsible for labor and production goals.
Lisandro has a four year Agronomy degree from Rio Grande do Sul and has been active in production agriculture his whole life. He brings veteran Brazilian agronomic principles to the team and serves as our chief agronomist.
Prior to joining Global Ag Investments, Lisandro spent over 13 years managing farms in Bahia and serving as an agronomist.
Lisandro and his family live in Luis Eduardo Magalhaes.

Kathy Gunderson, US Business Manager
Kathy's responsibilities include taking care of all US business through the Global Ag Investment Office in Emmetsburg, Iowa.
Kathy grew up in Emmetsburg, a graduate of Iowa Lakes Community College and comes to Global Ag Investments with over thirty years experience in the business field, including accounting, management and customer relations.
Agriculture is also in her background as her husband, Dean, has farmed over thirty years in the Emmetsburg area.
Dean and Kathy have two children, Michael, an agronomy graduate of Iowa State University and Brittany, a student at Iowa State University.
